Declaration of Conformity

Declaration of Conformity with the Technical Regulations is a document that confirms that the product meets the mandatory requirements of the Technical Regulations of Ukraine. The declaration of conformity certifies compliance with the essential health and safety requirements specified in the relevant Technical Regulations.

The technical regulation contains the rules and forms of conformity assessment, conformity confirmation schemes, which are determined taking into account the potential danger of products. Conformity verification schemes are based on modular principles, which are enshrined in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 13.01.2016 No. 95 "On the approval of conformity assessment modules used for the development of conformity assessment procedures and rules for the use of conformity assessment modules". This regulation establishes and describes the applicable conformity assessment modules. At the same time, this resolution is aimed at creating uniform conformity assessment procedures - modules.

The declaration of Conformity with the Technical Regulations is the final document which, under the responsibility of the manufacturer or an authorized representative, certifies the compliance of products (services) with the established requirements. The form of the declaration, as a rule, is determined by the relevant technical regulations.

The declaration of conformity is drawn up on the basis of evidence of product conformity and/or on the basis of control tests conducted by the product manufacturer (Module A). If the regulation provides for the application of other conformity assessment modules, the declaration of conformity is drawn up on the basis of the results of the conformity assessment carried out by the authorized Conformity Assessment Body (CBA). At the same time, the conformity assessment is significantly different for the internal production control procedure (Module A) and when applying other modules.

If, according to the requirements of the Technical Regulation, it is possible to apply the procedure of internal production control (applicable for module A), the declaration of conformity is made directly by the manufacturer without carrying out work on assessing the conformity of the CAB. That is, without the involvement of the authorized Body, the declaration can be issued if the technical regulation applies module A (procedure of internal production control). CAB "TECKO" LTD. provides services for voluntary registration of a declaration of compliance with technical regulations when using Module A. A declaration of conformity can be obtained for a unit of production, for an imported batch of products, as well as for serial production.

For more dangerous products, where Module A does not apply, a declaration of conformity is issued on the basis of a conformity assessment carried out by an authorized Conformity Assessment Body. In this case, you can submit an application to us for conformity assessment (certification) of products according to our authority. After obtaining the necessary certificates, the applicant can draw up a declaration of conformity, in which he will refer to the received certificates.

In any case, the manufacturer draws up a written declaration of conformity for the type (model) of the product and keeps it together with the technical documentation for submission at the request of the state market surveillance authorities within ten years after the last sample of such product has been put into circulation. The declaration of conformity contains information that makes it possible to identify the products for which it is made. A copy of the declaration of conformity is submitted to the relevant state market surveillance authorities upon their request.
