Transportable pressure equipment

The conformity assessment according to the requirements of the Technical Regulation of transportable pressure equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 536 dated July 04, 2018, is a mandatory requirement. Equipment shall meet the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the Technical regulation. National standards are used to confirm compliance, that provides a presumption of equipment compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of transportable pressure equipment.

It is necessary to submit an application to the Conformity Assessment Body "TECKO" for carrying out conformity assessment work with the requirements of the Technical Regulation. The technical file is attached in electronic form together with the application in accordance with the List defined by the relevant assessment procedures (modules).  It is necessary to send a completed application with a set of documents on e-mail: info@tecko.com.ua. Within 1-2 working days, we will definitely contact you to agree on the timing and cost of work.

The scope of this Technical Regulation applies to:

  • pressure receptacles, their valves and other accessories when appropriate, as covered in Chapter 6.2 of the Annex to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR);  in Chapter 6.1 of the Annex to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) and in Chapter 6.2 of the Annex C to Regulations concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail (RID);
  • tanks, battery vehicles/wagons, multiple-element gas containers (MEGCs), their valves and other accessories when appropriate, as covered in Chapter 6.8 of the Annex to ADR, in Chapter 6.1 of the Annex to ADN and in Chapter 6.8 of the Annex C to RID;
  • the equipment above that is used in accordance with those Annexes to ADR, AND and Annex C to RID for the transport of Class 2 gases, excluding gases or articles of classes 6.1, 6.2 and 7, and for the transport of the dangerous substances of other classes specified in Annex I to this Technical regulation.

According to this TR, conformity assessment is performed according to the following procedures:

  • conformity assessment,
  • periodic inspection,
  • intermediate inspection
  • exceptional checks,

requirements set out in the Annexes to ADR, AND and Annex C to RID and in paragraphs 39–65 of this Technical regulation.

Testing laboratory "TECKO" is accredited for a group of products included in this TR.
The conformity assessment body " TECKO " has extensive experience (it was notifed for the previous versions of the TR) and is being accredited by the NAAU according to this TR.
