Simple pressure vessels

The conformity assessment according to the requirements of the Technical Regulation of simple pressure vessels, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1025 dated December 28, 2016, is a mandatory requirement. Simple pressure vessels shall satisfy the essential safety requirements set out in Annex I of the Technical regulation. National standards are used to confirm compliance, that provides a presumption of equipment compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of simple pressure vessels.

It is necessary to submit an application to the Conformity Assessment Body "TECKO" for carrying out conformity assessment work with the requirements of the Technical Regulation. The technical file is attached in electronic form together with the application in accordance with the List defined by the relevant assessment procedures (modules).  It is necessary to send a completed application with a set of documents on e-mail: Within 1-2 working days, we will definitely contact you to agree on the timing and cost of work.

The scope of this Technical Regulation applies to simple pressure vessels that are serially manufactured to be filled with air or nitrogen.

Simple pressure vessels are: the vessels are welded, not intended to be fired, intended to be subjected to an internal gauge pressure greater than 0,5 bar and the maximum working pressure of the vessel does not exceed 30 bar and the product of that pressure and the capacity of the vessel (PS × V) does not exceed 10 000 bar.L which are made either of non-alloy quality steel or of non-alloy aluminium or non-age hardening aluminium alloys, are made of a cylindrical part of circular cross-section closed by outwardly dished and/or flat ends which revolve around the same axis as the cylindrical part, designed to work with the minimum working temperature is no lower than – 50 °C and the maximum working temperature is not higher than 300 °C for steel and 100 °C for aluminium or aluminium alloy vessels.

Modules of conformity assessment are applied: В, С1, С2, С, and their combination, as well as examination of documents to confirm their compliance with the type examination certificate.

Affixing the mark of conformity to technical regulation is mandatory.

The list of national standards that meet European harmonized standards and voluntary application of which can be perceived as proof of compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of simple pressure vessels (Order of Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine №67 from 17.01.2019).
