File a complaint or appeal
The process of receiving, evaluating and making decisions on complaints and appeals is carried out in accordance with PR4.1-02 "Consideration of complaints and appeals".
If the applicant wishes to appeal the decision of TESCO LLC, he must submit a written appeal to TESCO LLC no later than one month after receiving the report or notice of the decision. Filing an appeal does not suspend the effect of the decision.
The appeal commission considers disputed issues confidentially. Only members of the commission in full should be present during decision-making. The applicant has the right to be heard at the commission meeting.
In case of disagreement with the decision of the appeals commission, the applicant has the right to appeal to the appeals commission of the National Certification Authority within ten days from the date of receipt of the decision.
