Appliances burning gaseous fuels
The conformity assessment according to the requirements of the Technical Regulation of appliances burning gaseous fuels, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 814 dated July 04, 2018, is a mandatory requirement. Appliances burning gaseous fuels must comply with the essential requirements set out in Annex 1 to the Technical Regulation. National standards are used to confirm compliance, that provides a presumption of equipment compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of appliances running on gaseous fuels.
It is necessary to submit an application to the Conformity Assessment Body "TECKO" for carrying out conformity assessment work with the requirements of the Technical Regulation. The technical file is attached in electronic form together with the application in accordance with the List defined by the relevant assessment procedures (modules). It is necessary to send a completed application with a set of documents on e-mail: info@tecko.com.ua. Within 1-2 working days, we will definitely contact you to agree on the timing and cost of work.

The scope of the Technical Regulation of appliances burning gaseous fuels applies to:
- Appliances burning gaseous fuels:
appliances burning gaseous fuels used for cooking, refrigeration, air-conditioning, space heating, hot water production, lighting or washing, and also forced draught burners and heating bodies to be equipped with such burners. - Fittings to appliances burning gaseous fuels: safety devices, controlling devices or regulating devices and sub-assemblies thereof, designed to be incorporated into an appliance or to be assembled to constitute an appliance.
Conformity assessment procedures should be chosen from among these modules:
Module В (type-examination – combination of type examination and production type), modules С2, D, E, F and their combinations; модуль G (for unit verification or small quantities of products).
Affixing the mark of conformity to technical regulation is mandatory.
The list of national standards has not been approved, as the European Union uses the list of standards that existed under the previous version of the CE Directive, but applies new standards that replace previous harmonized standards under Directive 2009/142/EU.
In Ukraine, the list of standards approved under the previous Technical regulation, approved by the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers №856 of 24.09.2008 also applies:
The list of national standards that meet European harmonized standards and voluntary application of which can be perceived as proof of compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of appliances burning gaseous fuels, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 24.09.2008 № 856 (Order of the Ministry of Economic Development 27 from 11.10.2013 № 12).
