Notified body LRTDEA - TÜV Rheinland group Ltd.

«ТЕСКО» Ltd. with LRTDEA - TÜV Rheinland group Ltd. (in the person of the CEO Mr. Juris Čerņavskis) concluded Agreement No. 1407 of June 3, 2019 on scientific and technical cooperation in the field of conformity assessment and certification of products.

The LRTDEA association of technical safety experts of latvian industrialists was founded in 1994 (Union of technical safety experts of manufactutres of Latvia - TÜV Rheinland group ltd.). It is a subsidiary of one of Germany's largest conformity assessment institutions, TÜV Rheinland. The goal of the TÜV Rheinland team is to learn and develop together!

Certificates and conformity reports of TÜV Rheinland group – LRTDEA are recognized in all the member states of the European Union, as well as in other countries of the world.

«LRTDEA»- TÜV Rheinland group Ltd. notified body No. 1407 of the following:

• 2014/33/EU Lifts and safety components for lifts;
• 2014/29/EU Simple pressure vessels;
• 2014/68/EU Pressure equipment;
• Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 - Construction products;
• 2010/35/EU Transportable pressure equipment.

«LRTDEA»- TÜV Rheinland group Ltd. is accredited:

• in accordance with the requirements of LVS EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013 (accreditation number LATAK-S1-239) in the field of accreditation: welding factories, welding process and soldering process certification; anks, simple pressure vessels, pressure equipment and it complexes; lifts; heat treatment process of wood packaging material made from wood; steel and aluminum structures;
• in accordance with the requirements of LVS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (accreditation number LATAK-Т-028) in the field of accreditation: flexible scope: testing of objects in the sector of mechanical engineering, power and transport (including piping); testing of metals and metal alloy compounds welded by the method of smelting, non-destructive testing with visual, radiographic, ultrasonic, penetration, magnetic particle methods; mechanical testing of metals; ultrasonic metal thickness testing; fixed scope: noise testing in the working environment, testing of environmental noises and environmental noises in premises;
• in accordance with the requirements of LVS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 (accreditation number LATAK-I-124), of group A;
• in accordance with the requirements of LVS EN ISO/IEC 17021 (accreditation number LATAK-S2-443).

Recognition of the results of the conformity assessment of products carries out in the frames of current legislation, if requirements of normative documents, valid both in Ukraine and EU, including that are based on EN, ISO, IEC, are the same. The results of conformity assessment of the products, that was carrying out by "LRTDEA"- TUV Rheinland group Ltd., due to the Law of Ukraine "On technical regulations conformity assessment" can be used by "ТЕСКО" Ltd. for the issuance of certificates of conformity in Ukraine.
