• Directive 2014/34/EU Equipment for explosive atmospheres (ATEX)
• Regulation (EU) 2016/425 Personal protective equipment
• 2009/48/EC The Toy Safety Directive

Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Germany GmbH is accredited:

• in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 (accreditation number D-K-12024-01-00) in the field of accreditation: Electrical measurements, high-frequency measurements; - antenna measurements; - RF impedance (reflection coefficient);

• in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 (accreditation number D-PL-12024-02-01) in the field of accreditation: Organoleptic, physical, physico-chemical and chemical studies; consumer goods, chemical products and electrical products;

• in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 (accreditation number D-PL-12024-03-01), in the field of accreditation: ATEX/IECEx (explosion protection);

• in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 (accreditation number D-PL-12024-06-04), in the field of accreditation: Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and telecommunications (FCC requirements).

Recognition of the results of product conformity assessment is carried out within the framework of the current legislation if the requirements of regulatory documents in force in Ukraine and the European Union, including those based on EN, ISO, IEC. The results of product conformity assessment conducted by Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Germany GmbH in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment" can be used by TECKO LTD to issue certificates of conformity in Ukraine.
