The conformity assessment body "TECKO" LTD was notificated by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine (order No. 2078 dated 12.04.2023) to carry out work on the conformity assessment of products in accordance with the Technical Regulation on water heating boilers operating on liquid or gaseous fuel, approved by the Resolution of the CMU No. 748 dated 27.08.2008.
This Technical Regulation applies to water heating boilers operating on liquid or gas fuel. As a rule, for gas-fueled boilers, it is applied simultaneously with the Technical Regulation on appliances burning gaseous fuels, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 814 dated July 4, 2018.
The manufacturer or his authorized representative carry out the conformity assessment of boilers with the requirements for their energy efficiency coefficient using conformity assessment procedures (modules). The requirements for the value of the energy efficiency coefficient are given in Appendix 2 to the Technical Regulation on ecodesign requirements for space heaters and combined heaters, approved by Resolution of CMU No. 1184 dated 27.12.2019.
Simultaneously with the conformity assessment of water-heating boilers operating on liquid or gas fuel in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of water-heating boilers operating on liquid or gaseous fuel, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 748 dated 08.27.2008., the Conformity Assessment Body "TECKO" LTD also carry out the conformity assessement of water heating boilers operating on liquid or gas fuel in accordance with energy efficiency requirements in accordance with the Technical Regulation on ecodesign requirements for space heaters and combined heaters, approved by Resolution of the CMU No. 1184 dated 27.12.2019.
At this time, it is very relevant, since the regulation on ecodesign (Resolution of CMU No. 1184 dated 27.12.2019) has been implemented in Ukraine since 29.08.2022. The conformity assessment body TECKO LTD is now the only authorized body to carry out such work.
