Memorandum signed with Strojírenský zkušební ústav (SZU)

LTD. "ТЕСКО"signed with Strojírenský zkušební ústav, s.p. Memorandum of understanding in the field of conformity assessment and certification of products and recognition of results

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Strojírenský zkušební ústav, s.p. concluded on 23.08.2024 with the purpose of performing of inspection and conformity assessment of products and processes with the aim to ensure compliance the products and processes in the matter with requirement stipulated in European Directives and national legislation.

The objective of this MoU is also co-operation between SZU and TECKO in the area of certification, inspection services, education activity (seminars) and other business activities.

SZU and TECKO may use and recognize the results of the conformity assessment carried out by the other party, that belong to their field of activity within the identical sphere of authority, directives, technical regulations of Ukraine and harmonized standards for which they are approved as a notified and authorized body, including EU directives and regulations, namely:

  • 2014/68/EU Pressure equipment  -  technical regulation pressure equipment, Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 27 of 16.01.2019;
  • 2014/29/EU Simple pressure vessels -  technical regulation Simple pressure vessels, Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1025 of 28.12.2016;                        
  • 2010/35/EU Transportable pressure equipment -  technical regulation Transportable equipment under pressure, Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 536 of 04.07.2018;
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/426 Appliances burning gaseous fuels -  technical regulation Appliances operating on gaseous fuel, Resolution of the CMU No. 814 of 04.07.2018;
  • 92/42/EEC Hot-water boilers -  technical regulation Water-heating boilers operating on liquid or gaseous fuel, Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 748 of 08/27/2008;
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/425 Personal protective equipment -  technical regulation Personal protective equipment, Resolution of the CMU No. 771 of 08/21/2019;
  • 2014/33/EU Lifts and safety components for lifts -  technical regulation Lifts and safety components for lifts, Decree of the CMU No. 438 dated 06/21/2017;                
  • 2006/42/EC Machinery Safety -  technical regulation Machinery Safety, Resolution of the CMU No. 62 of 30.01.2013; 
  • Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 - Construction products -  THE LAW OF UKRAINE "On providing construction products on the market". 

Strojírenský zkušební ústav, s.p. (SZU) is notified body NB 1015. Engineering Test institute (SZU) is an internationally respected authority in the sector of testing, inspection and certification.
